From Psalms 42:11

But o my soul, don't be discouraged. Don't be upset. Expect God to act, for I know I will again have plenty of reason to praise Him for all He will do. He is my help-He is my God. I cast my care on God! Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world. ~From MSD, My sweet SIL.

Another Season Gone

Kaelyn:
What an amazing difference in her game from one season to another. It was SO exciting seeing her actually shoot the ball, dribble and make passes....
(In the dark blue, getting ready to shoot)
She even likes to pull her sleeves up just like her mom.....

AND her defense was amazing!! She was SO aggressive and didn't let others push her around. It was fun to see her battling it out with those elbows.
(Keeping the offense from getting the ball)

Madelyn:
She is a lefty. It is so odd to watch her play. We are so used to what we see most, righties. So to see her shoot is so interesting. Her form is coming along but her shot is either dead on or way off. No almost.....

Her dribbling improved a lot this year. She was more aware of her surroundings. And she just loved to play.....

She is skinny and a little uncoordinated. She has long arms and long legs. We refer to her as Betty Spaghetti playing basketball. She is going to be an animal someday with height on her.

But I think she will fall a lot like her mom..... ;)

(Dribbling the ball)

As parents we are always so proud of our children when they improve and accomplish new things. It brings us great joy to see our girls playing with huge smiles a game we loved and still love. If it is the last time they play or just the beginning of the years ahead,we are SO proud of them.
To another season gone. :(
